After you’ve found the product you want from the spreadsheet, click on Buy on Kakobuy. Make sure to review the product details, like the qc photos and price, before proceeding to ensure everything is correct for your order.

When you find a product you like, select the options (size, color, etc.) and click buy now or add to cart. Once wanting to purchase click buy now and select what payment method (most popular; paypal, apple pay, google pay, etc).

Most sellers ship in about 2–3 days, but always check if the item is a preorder. Some sellers ship overnight. Once it arrives at the warehouse, you’ll get free QC photos of your item.

Once your product arrives, you’ll receive free QC (quality check) photos. You can then choose to keep the item or request a return/exchange within a 5-day window. In the meantime, KakoBuy will store your product for free.

Once all of your products are stored in the warehouse, you can create a parcel. From there, you can select all the products you want to include in that shipment. For value-added services, I would use moister-barrier bag, and corner protection.

I use UPS (tax extra) for fast delivery in 8–10 days, but it requires a 45% tariff deposit (for usa). Duty-Free Air is my recommendation—tax-free and takes 2–3 weeks, much cheaper. Cargo Boat takes over 4 months, but is the cheapest option. And about seizing mainly in the USA it is very very rare to get seized, I personally never seen it happen to anyone, you don't need to worry.

Once your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Enter it on 17track.net for faster updates. When your parcel arrives, feel free to share your in-hand haul on the Discord!
